Carolina Varela is a Colombian entrepreneur who created a brand of versatile, creative, and artistic accessories. Her accessories add a distinctive touch to every look through color and printing, using materials that are gentle on hair and skin. What started as a hobby and a way to earn extra income while studying at university in 2014, soon became a dream with a purpose. Carolina realized she could impact the lives of many women, inspiring them to explore their talents and gifts through design and entrepreneurship.

As an international negotiator and accessories designer, Carolina focuses on creating unique and differentiated collections. Together with her husband, they hand-illustrate one-of-a-kind pieces, which are then applied to various types of accessories. The products are crafted with a high level of manual work, and Carolina values local artisans, particularly single mothers, who contribute their talent and skills. They also prioritize sustainability by using recycled plastic bottles to create textile fibers for printing, and they ensure that both the printing process and packaging are environmentally friendly.

Carolina's main goal is to improve the quality of life for other women. Since 2020, she has been collaborating with partner foundations that promote economic, social, and psychological development for women. Her goal is to help these women fulfill their potential by offering education and entrepreneurship opportunities through training programs, mentoring, and support networks. One of the initiatives she supports is the "Una Mano en el Camino" (A Helping Hand on the Road) program, which empowers young women and enables them to achieve independence.
